Has anyone outsourced PDF to CAD or Scan to BIM projects to BIMCraftHub? I’d like to know about your experience with their modeling accuracy, turnaround time, communication, and overall service quality. Would you recommend them?

Yes, I have actually outsourced a PDF to CAD project to BIMCraftHub, although I haven't personally used their Scan to BIM service yet.

We had a renovation project where our team needed to convert a set of old architectural drawings into editable CAD files. The drawings were a mix of scanned PDFs and older construction documents, and some of them weren't particularly clear. We needed accurate floor plans, elevations, and a few detailed sections that our design team could use for further development.
