To zoom the PC, a person has to press a key on the computer (Ctrl) and press the plus key ( + ) or use the mouse wheel and press Ctrl. To zoom-out, you need to press the minus (–) key or the mouse wheel and press the Ctrl key. Ctrl + 0 is used in case you wish to adjust the zoom. To scale the system-wide in windows, select settings system display scale and layout and select the percent, zoom out or zoom in all the UIs in the system.
