We've recently started shipping more Less than Container Load (LCL) freight alongside our regular Full Container Load (FCL) shipments using TTLX. We've noticed the documentation requirements and the way they need to be uploaded seem a bit different depending on the type of load.

For those of you who regularly manage both LCL and FCL shipments through the TTLX system:



What are your best practices or key differences you pay attention to when preparing and uploading documents (like commercial invoices, packing lists, and B/L instructions)? Are there any specific fields or checks you do for LCL loads to prevent customs holds or errors compared to an FCL shipment?
