For the past few weeks, Arcadia Recovery Bureau has been calling me nonstop about a debt they say I owe. The problem is I’m not even sure the debt is real. They keep leaving vague voicemails and when I answer, they refuse to give clear details unless I confirm personal information first. It’s gotten to the point where I dread picking up the phone because I know it’s probably them again.
