Got rear-ended in Al Quoz yesterday – need a reliable body shop that won't keep my car for weeks. (18 อ่าน)

I'm in a bit of a stressful situation after a fender bender yesterday, and honestly, the thought of dealing with insurance and body repairs is already giving me a headache. The damage is mostly to the rear bumper and one of the tail lights, but I'm really anxious about finding a shop that does quality work and doesn't drag the process out for weeks. I've heard that some places in Al Quoz have a good reputation for handling insurance claims smoothly, and a mate mentioned a place called 800Sayara that has a 30,000 sq. ft. facility with 20+ hydraulic lifts, which sounds pretty serious. I'm hoping they can handle the paint matching properly—my car is a pearl white which I know can be tricky. I'm basically looking for an Authorized Auto Body Shop at 800Sayara Dubai or somewhere with a similar reputation for quality workmanship and transparent pricing. Has anyone here had a positive experience with a body shop in Dubai that actually made the whole process stress-free? I'd really appreciate a recommendation.
