สั่งเสื้อคนละร้านกับกระเป๋าคนละร้านจากจีนแต่มีตำหนิคล้ายกันแบบนี้
คิดว่าน่าจะเกิดจากตอนรวมขนส่งสินค้ากลับมาไทย
ตอนทางร้านจีนส่งมาสภาพของน่าจะยังดีอยู่
อ่อ แล้วมีลูกแมลงสาบแถมมาให้ด้วยตัวนึง

ไม่ทราบว่ากรณีแบบนี้ ถ้าปัญหาเกิดจากการขนส่งมาไทย จะรับผิดชอบอย่างไรบ้างหรือเปล่าครับ

แบบนี้ต้องรบกวนลูกค้าถ่ายรูปถุงเทาที่ทางร้านค้าที่ลูกค้าสั่งส่งมานะคะ

หรือถ้าทางร้านค้าใส่ลังคงเป็นทางขนส่งไม่ได้เพราะทางเราไม่ได้ทำการเทสินค้าออกหรือแกะสินค้าแพ็คเปลี่ยนลังใหม่
การขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ ก็จะรวมสินค้าหลายร้านใส่กระสอบใหญ่ ทางรถขนไม่สามารถแกะสินค้าแต่ละร้านค้าออกมาได้จ๊ะ

** และสินค้าจะอยู่ที่โกดังชองทางเราที่จีน 1-2 วันเท่านั้นก็จะส่งออกจากจีนเดินทางมาไทยเลยนะคะ
ถึงไทยทางเราแกะจดรหัสหน้าถุงไม่ได้แกะถุงออก ก็จะอยู่ที่ทางเรา 1-2 วันก็จะแจ้งลูกค้ารอส่งในไทยเลยคะ
