I'm working on integrating the TTLX Shipping container tracking API into a new logistics dashboard, and I'm seeing some inconsistent latency when retrieving large batches of tracking data (500+ containers). Specifically, response times are occasionally spiking up to <span class="math-inline"><span class="katex"><span class="katex-html"><span class="base"><span class="mord">4</span><span class="mbin">&minus;</span></span><span class="base"><span class="mord">5</span></span></span></span></span> seconds, which is causing timeouts on our end.

Has anyone else noticed performance issues or intermittent slowdowns with the <span class="math-inline"><span class="katex"><span class="katex-html"><span class="base"><span class="mord mathnormal" style="margin-right: 0.1389em;">TT</span><span class="mord mathnormal">L</span><span class="mord mathnormal" style="margin-right: 0.0785em;">X</span></span></span></span></span> API recently, particularly in the last month? If so, have you found any workarounds or identified specific parameters (like time range or number of IDs) that trigger these slower responses?
